When you submit a feedback, category, or question, you may volunteer your first name and email address. This allows us to review and notify you one-time of your submission status.
When you invite other players to play Know and Tell through email or a social network, Know and Tell, Inc. stores the volunteered players’ first names into an online database. Know and Tell, Inc. uses the players’ first names to provide more context to the game invitations and progress notifications. Know and Tell, Inc. does not collect the invitees’ and your email addresses, user accounts, and social network information. However, Know and Tell, Inc. does not have any control over the way your email account provider and social network manage your information. Please refer to their Privacy Policies for more details.
To protect the first name and email address in your feedback, category, and question submission, the Know and Tell app encrypts the submission in-transit and stores it into an online database with these security details:
1. First Name, Email Address, and Feedback: Protected by two-step verification. To delete after a one-time follow up by Know and Tell, Inc. or if a follow up is unnecessary.
2. Category and Question: Protected by two-step verification before approval. Available to public after approval. To delete if Know and Tell, Inc. does not approve the category or question for public use.
When you invite other players to play Know and Tell through email or social network, Know and Tell, Inc. encrypts the volunteered players’ first names in-transit.
When you migrate your game data to a new device, Know and Tell, Inc. encrypts in-transit Questions you created and the first names of your Online Game players .
We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
Know and Tell, Inc. does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. Know and Tell, Inc. may provide aggregate statistics about our users, ad engagement, traffic patterns, and related app & web app information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
Know and Tell, Inc. may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Know and Tell, Inc., our users, or others.
Know and Tell, Inc. is the sole owner of information volunteered through the Know and Tell app.
By contacting Know and Tell, Inc., you can request to see the information Know and Tell, Inc. has about you or request Know and Tell, Inc. to change/delete information pertaining to you.
